You can create timers that do not affect the stage progress bar.
Timers unrelated to the overall progress (such as the purple-colored timers below) can be excluded from the stage progress bar.

Setting the 'first timer' to 'DateTime mode' to start the stage timer automatically from a specific time and link it to the next timer.
Creating a 'break timer' for events or online classes."
Exclude/Include Specific Sections from Overall Progress
To exclude a section from overall progress, click 'Out of overall' from the '⋮' menu of the section you want to exclude. To include it back in the overall progress, click 'Out of overall' again."
Excluding/Including a Section from Overall Progress can be done even while the timer is running (during an event).
The changes will take effect immediately, with necessary recalculations and display updates applied instantly.
